Gearboxes
Gearboxes are used to provide an increased torque and/or lower speed. Simplex Motion offer different sizes of gearboxes to the servomotor range with several gear ratios as standard. The standard ratios are listed in the tables below. Other gear ratios are available on request, but, those often require a configuration of the max torque of the servomotors.
For applications requiring a brake to the servomotor and gearbox combination, customized solutions are offered as Motor Drive Units. Click here to find out more about the Motor Drive Units.
