Application Engineer

Your responsibilities

As an Application Engineer, you become the link between our technical solutions and the customers’ needs. You will, among other things:
• Provide technical customer support and guide them in choosing the right solution
• Work with mechanical design
• Manage purchasing of mechanical components
• Perform tests and build/use test equipment
• Assemble and troubleshoot motors and mechanical systems
• Act as technical support for the sales organization – both internally and externally
• Conduct independent customer visits
• Configure motors and perform basic programming
• Carry out commissioning and start-up at customer sites
• Participate in product development projects

The variety in tasks means that no two days are the same – perfect for someone who enjoys combining hands-on work with technical analysis and customer interaction.

Qualifications

We believe you have:
• A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Experience from industry (2–5 years, or more)
• Good application knowledge
• Excellent English skills
• CAD skills
• A category B driver’s license
• The ability to build trust and strong relationships

Meritorious:
• C programming
• Knowledge of German
